A Bite of Laney

Food made often gets boring. Make it look different and it will it taste different in a good way! Take one of my favorite foods "The Latke," we eat it in my house year round and often! Do you have a waffle maker? Make your usual recipe. Then spray your waffle iron and place batter on each waffle section. Pull down the cover and wait! When you see steam coming out of the sides it is ready to eat. It looks like a waffle but tastes divine & different served with sour cream and applesauce. You should try it!
